Health and fitness isn’t all smoothie bowls, rainbow fruit platters, and pretty Nikes. Sometimes it’s eating lunch meat turkey from a ziplock bag because you haven’t gone shopping lately but you need your protein. Other times it’s knowing you have work and class for over 12 hours straight so you have to go walking in your ballet flats on your lunch break.
Health and fitness is making it work when it’s much easier not to.
